Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RunAds.ai's marketing analytics platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

RunAds.ai provides a marketing analytics platform that helps businesses track, analyze, and optimize their digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising networks.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our service

3.2 Acceptable Use

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Do not use the service to transmit malicious software or engage in harmful activities
  • Comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms of service

4. Third-Party Integrations

4.1 Google Services

Our platform integrates with Google services including Google Ads API. By connecting your Google account, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and acknowledge that:

  • You have the authority to grant us access to your Google account data
  • You understand the scope of data we access and how we use it
  • You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings

4.2 Other Platforms

Similar terms apply to other advertising platforms and services we integrate with. You are responsible for complying with their respective terms of service.

5. Subscription, Payment, and Refund Policy

5.1 Plans and Credits

  • The Service runs on prepaid credits. 1 credit equals one cent of value applied against your Google ad spend at the rates shown on the Billing page: 5 credits per $1 up to $10,000 of monthly spend, 4 credits per $1 up to $100,000, 3.5 credits per $1 up to $1,000,000, and 3 credits per $1 above that.
  • 500 credits are granted to each new account at signup.
  • Credits are non-refundable. See Section 5.3 for the full refund policy.
  • When your credit balance reaches zero, campaigns managed through the Service are paused. They resume when your balance is above zero.
  • Unlimited is billed every 28 days in advance. Agency plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by our payment processor (Commas).
  • Pricing and plan changes take effect when posted on this page and are announced in the dashboard and by email.

5.2 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@runads.ai.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service through that period.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid for the current billing period or any prior period.

5.3 Refund Policy — No Refunds After Use

RunAds.ai operates a strict no-refund policy. Once you have used the Service in any way during a billing cycle, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments will be issued for that cycle or any prior cycle, for any reason.

"Use" of the Service includes, without limitation, any of the following actions:

  • Connecting a Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other third-party advertising account through RunAds.ai
  • Creating, editing, launching, pausing, or modifying any campaign, ad group, ad, audience, or keyword through the platform
  • Sending one or more messages to Caleb AI or any other AI assistant we provide
  • Requesting, generating, or viewing an account audit, performance report, optimization recommendation, or campaign plan
  • Claiming, redeeming, or being credited any Google Ads or Meta Ads promotional credit (including but not limited to the up-to-$20,000 Google Ads credit) made available through RunAds.ai
  • Installing or activating the RunAds tracking pixel on any website or property
  • Authorizing RunAds.ai to perform any read or write operation against your advertising accounts
  • Any other access to or interaction with the dashboard, AI tooling, integrations, or APIs

If a Google Ads or Meta Ads promotional credit was claimed, redeemed, or credited to your advertising account through RunAds.ai, the original full subscription fee paid is owed in full and will not be refunded under any circumstance, regardless of whether the credit is later forfeited, expired, clawed back, or unused.

Service availability issues, integration errors, third-party platform outages (including but not limited to Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API, or payment processor outages), and individual feature performance are addressed exclusively through our support channels at hello@runads.ai. None of these constitute grounds for a refund.

Subjective dissatisfaction with results, advertising performance, return on ad spend, conversion volume, or any business outcome is not grounds for a refund. RunAds.ai provides software, AI assistance, and integrations; advertising results depend on factors outside our control including ad spend, creative, landing pages, market conditions, and third-party platform behavior.

By creating an account, completing payment, and/or using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in contradiction of this policy will be contested using documentation of your actual platform usage, and may result in permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any ad credits, and reporting to applicable fraud-prevention services.

This policy applies in full to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Where local law grants statutory refund rights that cannot be waived (for example, certain consumer-protection statutes in specific jurisdictions), this policy does not override those rights, but is otherwise enforceable in full.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

6.1 Your Data

  • You retain ownership of your marketing data and analytics
  • We use your data only to provide and improve our services
  • You can export your data at any time

7. Intellectual Property

The RunAds.ai platform, including its software, design, content, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

8. Service Availability and Support

8.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

8.2 Support

Support is provided via email and our help documentation. Response times vary based on your subscription plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunAds.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.

10. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and data after 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

14. SMS Terms of Service

Program Name: Caleb AI via SMS by RunAds.ai

Description: RunAds.ai provides an AI-powered Google Ads management assistant accessible via SMS. Users can text to check campaign performance, adjust budgets, pause campaigns, add keywords, and receive account verification codes.

Opt-In: By entering your phone number in your RunAds.ai account settings and completing SMS verification, you consent to receive text messages from RunAds.ai. You may also opt in by texting START.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You can also disconnect your phone number in your account settings.
