RunAds.ai lets you connect advertising accounts, including Meta (Facebook) and Google, so we can create, manage, and report on advertising campaigns on your behalf. You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time, including any data we obtained through those connected accounts.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@runads.ai from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my data". Include the email address and, if applicable, the ad account or business you connected. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
You can also remove RunAds.ai's access yourself at any time from within Meta: go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find RunAds.ai, and remove it. Doing so revokes our access token immediately. To then delete the data already stored, email us as described above.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and login records
- Access tokens for connected Meta and Google accounts
- Ad account identifiers, campaign data, and performance insights we pulled via the Marketing API
- Any creative assets and campaign drafts you created in the platform
Deletion removes this data from our production systems and from backups on their normal rotation cycle. We may retain a minimal record where required by law (for example, billing and tax records), which is kept only for that purpose and is not used for advertising.
Data we do not keep
RunAds.ai does not sell your data and does not share it with third parties except as required to operate campaigns on the advertising platforms you connect. Revoking access in Meta stops all further data collection immediately.
